Returns
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in this Return Policy.
Holiday Return Policy
We offer an extended return window during the holiday season starting November 1st. For any order placed on or after November 1st that would traditionally expire under our standard policy, we offer an extended holiday return window that allows you to process a return or exchange through January 4th, 2026.
Standard Return Window / Satisfaction Guarantee
We understand that not every seat cover or accessory will be the perfect fit for every vehicle or driver, which is why we offer a 30-day return window.
We strongly encourage you to install and use your Dynamic Seat Covers for at least a week to get used to the fit, feel, and materials before deciding whether to keep them.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible products in our Seat Cover Collection and select accessories, meaning you can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or personalized products (including custom sizing, custom embroidery, or special-order fabrics)

Clearance and marked “Final Sale” items

Opened cleaning or care kits

Digital products or gift cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund of the original product purchase price (excluding original shipping) or a replacement once the returned product is received and processed.
We will only consider returns processed by following the provided instructions and using the approved return process. Any initial customer-paid shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Missing or stolen packages are not eligible for refund or replacement once the shipping partner confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.
Bundle sets must be returned in full, as sold. Individual items from a bundled set may not be returned separately unless otherwise stated.
Domestic Refunds & Exchanges (U.S.)
Refunds
Once your order has been properly returned via your chosen return method and received by our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
If we provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Exchanges
Once your order has been properly returned for exchange via your chosen return method and received by us, we will issue the requested replacement items.
We suggest dropping off or shipping your return back as soon as possible to help ensure that your requested exchange items remain in stock. If your requested items are no longer in stock when your return is processed, you will automatically receive a refund for your return instead.

Orders that have already been exchanged are considered final sale.

Refunds are not issued if the unit has already been exchanged once.
International Return Policy
International Refunds
Once your international order has been delivered back to us, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Please note:

We do not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders.

For international mail returns, the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
International Exchanges
Once your order has been delivered back to us, we will process your exchange and issue the replacement in the requested size or style (if available).
We recommend shipping your return back as soon as possible to help ensure your requested exchange items remain in stock.

Optional Return Protection Plan (If Enabled via Redo™)
If you opted in for an optional Return Protection Plan via Redo™ (when available and active at checkout), the cost of your return shipping label is covered, allowing you to return eligible item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit at no additional return shipping cost.
Details of coverage (such as eligibility, time window, and included items) are governed by the plan terms shown at checkout. If this plan is not offered at checkout, this section does not apply to your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that any Dynamic Seat Covers products you purchase are properly installed and compatible with your vehicle, including but not limited to:

Seat belt anchors and mechanisms
Improper installation or use may interfere with vehicle safety systems or cause property damage or injury.
You should consult your vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines, owner’s manual, and/or a qualified automotive professional if you are unsure whether a particular seat cover or accessory is appropriate for your vehicle or how to install it safely.
Dynamic Seat Covers is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use of our products in a way not intended or recommended.
