Before completing your order at dynamicseatcovers.com (the “US Store”), please carefully read these Sale Terms (United States) (the “Sale Terms”) set by DYNAMIC SEAT COVERS INC. (“Dynamic Seat Covers,” “we,” “us” or “our”), our Warranty, our Return Policy, our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice.
These documents are incorporated into these Sale Terms by reference.

BY INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR OTHERWISE PURCHASING PRODUCTS FROM THE US STORE (EACH A “PRODUCT” AND, COLLECTIVELY, “PRODUCTS”), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AS A CONDITION TO YOUR PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE SALE TERMS (THE “SALES CONTRACT”).

By providing your phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Dynamic Seat Covers at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Section 17 of these Sale Terms includes a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver.

UNLESS YOU OPT OUT:
(i) YOU MAY ONLY PURSUE DISPUTES AGAINST US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS;
(ii) YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

You are encouraged to save and print these Sale Terms. We may also retain an electronic record of your acceptance.

When you place an order on our US Store, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you are at least 18 years of age; or
(b) if under 18, you have parental/guardian consent.

If you are buying Products for a business or on behalf of a business, please contact Dynamic Seat Covers through our Contact page. The product warranties under these Sale Terms do not apply to:
(a) corporate purchases; or
(b) Products acquired for commercial purposes.

For gift redemption, refer to the business from which you received your voucher or gift code.

2. US Store Presentation

We strive to ensure that the US Store content is accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors by canceling your order or offering alternatives. If a pricing error is obvious, you agree we are not obligated to sell the Product at the incorrect price.

Actual product colors or designs may vary slightly due to display differences.

Our US Store promotes Products solely within the United States. Products may not comply with laws in other countries.

Products are subject to availability. We may remove or limit Products at any time, restrict quantities, or cancel orders intended to circumvent quantity limits. Pricing may change without notice.


3. Your Consumer Rights

Our Products are covered by our Warranty and do not replace any statutory rights under U.S. federal or state law.

3.2 Returns

All returns must comply with our Return Policy or instructions on the Product page.

We decide whether to supply Products based on the accuracy of the information (“Buyer Information”) you provide.

By submitting Buyer Information, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

5. Your Order

Once you click “Pay Now,” you make a binding offer to purchase Products from Dynamic Seat Covers.

We verify payment and may request additional information for anti-fraud purposes. Once verified, we process payment and send a shipment notice with tracking information when Products ship.

Pre-orders require advance payment and may be canceled before shipment.

If Products become unavailable, we will notify you and offer options.
If payment fails or security checks are not met, we may reject the order and refund you.


6. Payment (Credit, Debit, Electronic Accounts)

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your method at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds.


7. Payments & Financing Options

We may offer financing through third-party providers. These providers have their own terms, which you must review before using their services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or privacy practices.

Our Warranty and Return Policy still apply to Products purchased through financing partners.


8. Third-Party Websites, Services & Transactions

We are not responsible for goods, services, or information provided by third-party websites. Complaints should be directed to the applicable third party.


9. Delivery and Delivery Charges

Shipping availability may be limited by location. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery at the shipping address.

10. Prices and Promotions

Prices do not include sales tax unless stated. Taxes, levies, or duties may be added at checkout.

We may revise pricing or promotions at any time.


11. E-Gift Cards

Dynamic Seat Covers e-gift cards (“e-Cards”) serve as pre-payment for Products.

Key points:

  • Non-transferable to other stores.

  • Treated like cash—anyone with the unique code may use it.

  • Refundable only before use.

  • Balances cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

  • Errors may be corrected.


12. Safety; Assumption of Risk; Product Use

Read and follow all product instructions carefully. Improper setup or use may result in injury or property damage.

Dynamic Seat Covers assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages arising from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions.

No oral or written advice creates warranties beyond these Sale Terms.


13. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is.” Except as stated in our Warranty, we make no representations or guarantees of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
(a) unauthorized modification;
(b) misuse;
(c) unintended use;
(d) your breach of these Sale Terms.

You agree to indemnify Dynamic Seat Covers, its officers, employees, and affiliates from losses resulting from misuse or breach.

Our liability will not exceed:
(a) the purchase price of the Product; or
(b) the e-Card balance at the time of claim.


14. Events Outside Our Control

If events beyond our control delay performance (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, supply chain issues), we will notify you. Obligations are suspended during the event.


15. Customer Service / Complaints

Please contact us first to resolve any complaints informally before filing any formal claim.


16. Changes to These Sale Terms

We may revise Sale Terms at any time. The terms in force at the time of order apply.


17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)

(All arbitration language remains the same as the original, except company name updated.)

This section defines:

  • Mandatory arbitration

  • Class-action waiver

  • Informal resolution steps

  • Rules and procedures

  • Opt-out instructions

  • Exceptions (small claims, IP rights, etc.)

18. Other Important Terms

These Sale Terms supersede all prior agreements regarding Product sales.

If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.

We may assign our rights/obligations to another organization.

These Sale Terms are governed by Delaware law.


Mobile Terms of Service

The Dynamic Seat Covers mobile message service (“Service”) is operated by Dynamic Seat Covers (“we,” “us”). Use of the Service constitutes agreement to these terms.

By opting into SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Dynamic Seat Covers. Consent is not required for purchases. Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
